Our organization is dedicated to providing the best customer service as possible and we use this helpdesk as a central point of contact to be able to help you with your requests (we call them tickets in our technical jargon!).

By logging in to the helpdesk you can:

  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you if needed.

In order to expedite your request, please create a new ticket with the following information and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible:

  • detailed description of the issue and the expected result,
  • if there is any error, include the error message, or attach screenshots,
  • steps to reproduce the issue.
